few quick changes

Just announcing two small changes

-The dropdown bar now scrolls with you (Not supported in IE because IE is stupid and doesn't support that)

Your messages can now be found in the "messages" dropdown it'll tell you if you have a new message, the other way f**ked up Internet Explorer, as always.

Does this explain why I can't log in without changing my password. I didn't actually change my password, I had to go through the motions of changing my password to log in.
