United States overall has about 84 medals but China has the most gold medals with 36 gold medals.

^What a difference a day makes. I'll post the total count after the closing ceremonies. I'm still reeling from this win! David Boudia is the first American to win gold in 10 meter platform diving since Greg Louganis won it in the 1988 Seoul, S. Korea games. I can't believe it!!  |
