Hello fellow TMA members,

I am proud to announce that a few changes have come to The Music Addict with many more still to come a few changes you may (or may not notice) are as follows. And as always we are always looking for suggestions to improve The Music Addict so if you want to see something added just make a suggestion in the suggestions board.

-New awards (most are hidden however when I get around to the ones that arent hidden I will let you know how to earn them)

-Bold names, a purchasable item just go to the Store thread located in this board and make your purchase your name will then be bold

-italicized name, same as the bold name, except it'll be italic

-Colored name, another new purchasable item, go to the store and purchase it your name will then be a new color (look at Destroyer for an example)

-New header/banner, the header and banner have both changed the header now stretches to the length of the board.

-Personal Message text, before a bar would be below the banner displaying if you have a new PM, now you can see that on the menu to the right.

-Drop down, not much has changed about the drop down I have removed the "contact" button (if you need to contact someone go to "staff" and click on one of us) I also changed "Quick Links" to "content" with new things in there. User CP has also been renamed User Panel and Affiliates are now in there. However I am currently working on re-coding the menu from scratch to make it quicker and more efficient, and well .. easier on my end to edit

-Copyright, not that anyone cares but we have a copyright at the bottom if anyone wanted to see it.

-Record Labels are gone

-TMA Twitter feed is gone

That is all the new features for now.

Still to come (sometime)

-A new advanced shop, instead of going to a thread and waiting for a staff member we are going to install something into the software that automatically does it, but it has been giving me issues lately I hope to have it sorted soon.

Is there any way of putting like User made Radio Stations on the forums?

Edit: right now it would be a copyright problem unless I were to purchase the music.

update 2: Alright, I can legally do this, so it's just a matter of people telling me what music they want in the playlist, I will create a seperate thread for that, thanks for the suggestion

Yeah, he is a little squashed, but I do like the banner. I'm not a big fan of the background still.

I agree he is squashed, whoever the graphics person was when this forum first started made him a little hard to edit , but I will do my best.

If you're competent with the coding, I can make you stuff. I can do graphics, but I have no idea when it comes to coding. I reckon I could make a really pretty skin.
